Judd G. Millman represents both plaintiffs and defendants in State and federal court, as well as administrative hearings, handling all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Millman’s practice focuses on employment litigation involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII (discrimination claims), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) (single plaintiff and collective action).
In addition, he has developed a niche practice counseling executives in all employment-related matters (both litigation and non-litigation). To that end, he authors the blog Executive Legal Insights, which explores the myriad of issues important to today’s high placed employees, including trade secrets, covenants not to compete and executive compensation.
He also handles matters on appeal and counsels clients on hiring and firing decisions, wage and hour regulations, employment policies (including employee handbooks) and restrictive covenants.
